Bring your pre-loved designer clothes into the shop.

You need a drop off slot, so please email or call to make an appointment.

You can bring in a maximum of 10 items per drop off. (We do not look through the items with you).

All items must be in season.

All items must be laundered/dry cleaned and must be in excellent condition with no holes, snags, missing buttons, stains or marks etc…

We’ll email you within 7 days detailing the pieces we’d be happy to accept and the prices we’d like to sell them for.

You then have 1 week to collect any unaccepted items after which time they will go to charity.

Items will go on sale at the agreed price for 4 to 5 weeks (depending on the day of receipt).

After this time the pieces will be reduced by 1/3 for a further 2 weeks.

If after this time they are unsold, they will be reduced again to either £5 or £10 for a final week.

If the items are unsold after this time (7 weeks in total) and not collected they will be given to charity.

It is the responsibility of the customer to contact us during or after the 7 week selling period to enquire whether their item has been sold. We do not contact Sellers when an Item has sold. 

You are then able to reinvest in the store, collect the cash or request payment direct to your bank account.

You are entitled to come in and collect your pieces at any time throughout the 7 week period*.

Please Note: We do all we can to guard against these nasties but the owner accepts all risk of loss or damage to pieces including shoplifting while in the shop.

As all pieces are pre-loved everything is sold as seen and we operate a no-refund policy. If bought online we offer a 7 day returns and refund policy (postage costs are the customers responsibility). 

You will receive 50% of the sale price when taken as in-store credit and 40% when taken out as cash.

*We would like to reiterate that you are free to collect your items at any time but in the event they are unsold and uncollected we will donate them to charity. Surplus garments will be delivered directly to charity - So if your items don't find a new home through us they will find one through one of these.
